First Aid help has come a long way in the 21st century. Automated external defibrillators or AED's are becoming common place in out towns and villages. Many people say they wouldn't know what to do. Don't be scared it's easy and it talks you through it and tells you how to do follow up chest compressions! An episode of the one show explains how CPR and an AED saved golfer Bernard Gallacher's Life. (ONE SHOW)
This one is in the Village of Hythe in Hampshire.
